Dyslectic strength
People with dyslexia have differing abilities, with strengths in creative, problem-solving and communication skills and challenges with spelling, reading and memorising facts. This means that dyslexic individuals really do think differently.
It is important for organisations to capture the value of dyslexic strengths, and therefore assist with bridging the skills gap.
You can read more about this from Ernst & Young in collaboration with Made By Dyslexia.
