Please follow the instructions below to activate tor.talk Windows offline
1. Install tor.talk Windows using https://dimmer.aait.nu/tortalkdownload
2. Start tor.talk and activate with a license key.
3. A file, “Unvalidated.xml” is now created i program files (or program or program files (x86)).
ex. C:\Program Files (x86)\TorTalk\
4. Please send this file to info@tortalk.se with subject “Offline activation”.
5. Replace “unvalidated.xml” with the returned file, “IKeyA1.xml”.
6. Restart tor.talk.
